At MEDIchair we service what we sell. We provide scooter and wheelchair service and repair at our fully equipped shop in Nanaimo and we provide at-home service for those of you who can not bring your products to the store. We also install and service all makes and models of Scooter Lifts and Wheelchair Lifts. Factory trained technicians assure you that your product will be installed and serviced to the manufacturer’s specifications. On staff is a certified Bruno Turning Automotive Seating™ (TAS™ technician.
For elevating devices such as stairlifts, porch lifts and elevators, we have a fully equipped service van that will bring the product to your home, install it professionally and service it according to the manufacturer’s specifications. We service all the major brands such as Bruno, Concord, Savaria, Acorn and Access Industries. We also service commercial class handicapped elevators in churches, schools, group homes etc. We are a BC Safety licensed contractor and can provide Mandatory Service Contracts on Commercial Handicapped Devices.
Ceiling track equipment is installed by our crew of factory trained installers. Track and lifts are installed both to the manufacturer’s requirements and to Work Safe BC specifications. We install in your home, group homes, retirement facilities and hospitals. Weight testing and servicing is available on all makes and models
